Tuiton

Critters & Crayons determines all fees and tuition rates for each enrichment program. Our tuition is based on an overall yearly rate September thru May. Tuition is paid every 4-weeks, therefore each 4-week period is the same amount regardless of school days. There is no adjustments made to tuition due to any absents or vacations. 

2026-2027 Enrichment Program Tuition Rates

Our registration and enrollment process at Critters & Crayons Enrichment Dens is as follows:

 

Yearly Registration Fee: $50 due at registration, any  family registering their child at Critters & Crayons Enrichment Dens must pay the yearly registration fee. This fee is due at time of registration, guarantees a spot for your child, it is separate from tuition and is not refundable. 

 

Yearly Enrollment and Curriculum Fee: $275 due by July 29, 2026. Our yearly enrollment and curriculum fee  includes personalized book bag, curriculum and all school events  (not field trips). This fee is separate from tuition and is not refundable.

Tuition is due every 4-weeks (Payments must be paid directly (Zelle or Venmo) for all fees)

Preschool Enrichment Program:​

The Cubs: -  2-Days Per Week - 3-Hours Per Day - 6-Hours Per week   

Tuesday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 11:00AM

Yearly & Monthly Cost

$3,000 - Yearly ($300.00 - Monthly)

Child must be 3 by September 1, 2026.

Pre-K Enrichment Program:

The Fox Den: -  3-Days Per Week - 3-Hours Per Day - 9-Hours Per week   

Monday - Wednesday - Friday, 8:00AM - 11:00AM

Charter Student Monthly Cost:

$6,750 - Yearly ($675.00 - Monthly) (please inquire about charter fund payment details)

Child must be 4 by September 1st to be eligible for charter vendor credit. 

Non-Charter Student Yearly Cost: 

$4,000 - Yearly ($400.00 - Monthly) (students who are not age eligible)

Child must be 4 by September 1st or must have been in the cubs den previously to enroll in the fox den.

Kindergarten Enrichment Program:

​The Bear Den: - 3-Days Per Week  - 3-Hours Per Day - 9-Hours Per Week  

Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday, 11:30AM - 2:30PM​

Yearly Cost:

$6,750 - Yearly ($675.00 - Monthly) (please inquire about charter funds payment details) â€‹ 

Non-Charter Student Yearly Cost: 

$4,500 - Yearly ($450.00 - Monthly) 

Child must be 5 by September 1, 2026. Applicable charter vendor credits could apply to program fees, inquire with Ms. Carie.

*Applicable charter credits could apply to program fees ranging from $2500-$3500 per school year and this will reduce out-of-pocket custodial cost.

Critters & Crayons Enrichment Dens is an approved community vendors for Sage Oak Charter. 

Parent must provide a copy of child's up to date immunization records (3-Polio, 4-Dtap, 3-HepB, 1-MMR, 1-Varicella, 1-HIB) for child to be enrolled in any o f our programs.
